![]() Breakfast was great, everything you could ever want and drinks included. We were only half board and really enjoyed the food. within a few minutes walk which was handy. There were many supermarkets for snacks etc. The location is great near the centre of Ayia Napa, quick walk to the port or the Main Street and about 10 minutes to the strip. The entertainment was a bit disappointing, there were some quizzes/darts and singers in the evening but nothing too engaging. It was nice that the cleaner came every day. The rooms were sizeable (we had a double bed then a single sofa bed) and nice and clean. The premises are quite small but have all you need in a basic hotel. We had a really good overall experience of Nestor hotel. I would recommend this hotel & would stay again.… The main square bar is about 15 min walk from hotel & the strip is another 5-10 mins beyond that for Senior Frogs, Coco Bongos & Paddy’s Bar had live music on. Nice bar across from hotel called Mango with a chilled vibe. Drinks in the hotel bar & restaurant are very reasonably priced. There’s a sun glass shop within the hotel & Billy is really friendly & has some good offers on designer sunglasses. There’s also an indoor pool & a well equipped Gym with steam & sauna rooms. We got a sun bed easily each time we went to pool but I don’t know if there would be enough in the height of summer. Lovely well kept pool & comfortable sun beds. We were half board and there was a varied selection of food & you can change dinner for lunch which suited us as we also like to eat out. Staff friendly especially Mimi & Violeta always friendly and chatty which is nice. Only slight negatives would be lacking storage space in bathroom for toiletries & wardrobe space limited too. Towels replaced each day, complimentary toiletries. Hotel positioned in a good location, few minutes from harbour, bars, restaurants & shops. They gave us a bun with half of plaster of cheese and half of ham. So we have been told these will be sandwhiches so we thought ok lets not buy anything for the flight since we will get some from the hotel. Chery on the top was our promised breakfast before we fly out early in the morning. They wanted a 10 euro deposit everytime you rented tennis or ping pong rackets which was very annoying as we didnt have euros withdrawn towards the end of the holiday and didnt want to pay the atm machine to just get 10 euros out to be able to enjoy something we like. Some staff make you feel like you annoy them to ask for a drink of water Some reception staff is rude, very petty with stuff like using tennis rackets and balls that were basically unplayable as they were worn out and they probably cost about 5 euros. Beds and pillows uncomfortable Noisy at night from other guests or music from town. I tried to just get prosecco to get money back but it wasnt drinkable. If I knew that my favortie drink that I enjoy in the sun had to be paid for I wouldnt go all in. Never stayed in an all inclusive hotel and had to pay extra for an aperol spritz was a joke. Pros: cleaning was great Nice pool Good food Good location as you can walk to town or do some stunning coastal walks Negatives Drinks- all inclusive drinks tasted like vomit. But let me start from the start with some positives. Would not recommend this hotel due to a lot of reasons.
